MoreLee Cummings Allaire, LNHA, of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, has joined Hathaway Manor Extended Care Facility in New Bedford as Administrator.
Allaire is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and has worked in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation field since 1989. She most recently served as executive director of Royal Fairhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fairhaven and has served in nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Bedford as well.
Allaire earned her degree in social work from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven and has worked with the elderly population since. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fairhaven Council on Aging.

Allaire, who is a lifelong resident of Fairhaven, has three children and looks forward to the arrival of her first grandchild this year. She also enjoys walking, gardening and watching sports.
